Your Instructor
Haylee Lynn is a Lucid Dreaming & Out of Body Experience Coach and has over 8 years of experience guiding others to altered states of consciousness for growth, discovery and transformation. She studies Dream Yoga, the ancient Tibetan practices of Dream and Sleep and combines modern and ancient Eastern practices into her teachings to create powerful healing modalities that can easily be used in the dreamstate. At age 9, Haylee had her first powerful lucid dream that later led her to studying its fascinating and life-changing effects.
Simply, a lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming, as the dream is occurring. In the lucid dream state, we are in direct contact with our subconscious mind which controls 95% of our brain. Science has shown this is a very similar state to hypnosis, which means we have the ability to reprogram our brain in the lucid dream to erase fears, negative habits, thought patterns, anxieties, nightmares and so much more.
Haylee has used lucid dreaming as a powerful tool to help those suffering from PTSD, chronic physical pain, dependencies such as nicotine and alcohol, deep subconscious blockages, past traumas, insomnia, and reoccurring nightmares. She guides her students through the process of learning how to lucid dream at will and use it for deep healing and endless adventure in a very simple, yet effective format that creates amazing and profound results.
